The sheriff's office said the two men purchased around $20,000 worth of merchandise from Wheeler Metals in Muskogee this month. Banks thinks the men who also made purchases at Best Buy are from the Braggs Area. Arrested on the scene were 20 year old Kristy Martinez, 21 year old Mario Torres and 20 year old Daniel Velasco all from Lubbock, Texas. Bingham was sentenced to a total of 20 years on each count to run concurrently. Maxon had pleaded guilty to a charge of leaving the scene of an injury accident. He was charged with putting Michael Massey in a hospital for five weeks following the collision.
